What does it means to create an organization or business?
In your profile you can define an organization or business, for which you become a Super Administrator.
If you choose, you can be visible in the public marketplace to customers and independent contractors you may wish to hire.
You have the option to approve other users as Admins, Staff or Members of your organization who will then be able to
do work for others or hire other contractors under the name of your organization.
What does it means to join someones organization or business?
It means the Administrators of the business or organization you joined have approved you as an Admin, Staff or Member.
When operating in the marketplace you may use your personal profile or one of multiple business or organizational
profiles you have created or been accepted to.
When operating under one of these profiles you may be hired or hire others under the name of that organization.
What does it mean to have someone join an organization or business I created?
It means you chose to accept them as an Admin, Staff or Member and allow them to hire or be hired as a representative
of your organization. If an Admin has defined a 'markup percentage' contribution for your organization,
any of your approved Admins, Staff or Members hiring others under their profile for your organization,
will pay that additional percentage to support your organization or business.
What is the advantage of assigning a markup to my organization or business?
The advantage is that your Admins, Staff or Members operating under their approved profile for your organization can
support your organization or business every time they pay someone in the contracting marketplace.
Examples may be when fraternities or a Girl Scout troop's family and friends want to help with support or fund raising,
OR when a business allows staff to contribute to company fund raising goals like United Way, Wounded Warriors or others.
Another example may be a Chamber if Commerce, Rotary or school whose members choose to contribute a portion of each
task payment (which may be to other members) to their Organization.
Do I have to be an employee of a business to join it?
